Shipping rates in USD

One combined shipping charge per order. Quantity means the number of physical units added to your cart; a sticker pack or set counts as one ordered unit. Digital and virtual products do not add shipping quantity.

Paper products: 50% shipping discount

Stickers, cardstock cards and invitations, glossy-paper favor bags, cardstock cake toppers and other products classified as Paper Products receive discounted shipping. Paper-only orders pay half of the applicable shipping rate. In a mixed order, only the paper items’ proportional share is discounted; we charge one combined fee, rounded once to cents.

Example: 1 standard item + 2 paper items delivered in Okinawa costs $3.33 shipping, instead of the standard $5. Fabric flags, vinyl banners, mugs, apparel and accessories use standard shipping.

Remote destinations & service availability

Hawaii and supported outlying island territories are recognized automatically. For other remote or offshore-island addresses, tick the remote-area checkbox at checkout so the correct remote rate appears before payment. Okinawa always uses its local rate. Unsupported destinations and products requiring a special parcel quote must be confirmed with customer support before ordering.

Four participating Yamato offices

This is paid delivery to a Yamato office, with collection from that office. We do not offer customer collection from a private home.

Office information checked against official Okinawa Yamato listings on 14 October 2026. Base labels are for convenience; they do not mean the office is the closest by route. Office hours can change on holidays or during disruptions. Chatan’s current office code is 098719.

Collecting your order

1. At checkout, select Okinawa office pickup and choose one of the four participating offices. Your shipping fee appears in the order summary.
2. Provide the recipient’s correct name and contact phone. The name should match the identification used for collection. Keep billing information accurate.
3. For personalized products, payment, mockup approval and production happen before dispatch.
4. We estimate 48–72 hours after dispatch for Okinawa office delivery, subject to carrier conditions. Our 9:00 AM JST Monday–Friday processing cutoff applies only to eligible orders already ready for processing; it is not a guaranteed dispatch time.
5. Wait for carrier tracking or staff confirmation that the parcel is held for collection before visiting.
6. Bring Yamato-accepted identification, such as a passport, your tracking details, and any arrival notice. Confirm military-ID or proxy collection requirements directly with the office. Standard ambient parcels are normally held for seven days, including arrival day; follow the carrier’s notice.

Japan & international delivery

Standard shipping is calculated from your destination, physical quantity and paper-product classification. Unusually large, heavy, multiple-parcel or special-service shipments may need a confirmed quote. We show the payable shipping amount in USD before payment. Personalized production time is separate from transit time.

Domestic transit estimates are confirmed using the chosen carrier and destination. International service and customs requirements vary by country; the quote will identify the service and its current delivery estimate. Customs, weather, remote locations and carrier disruptions may extend delivery time. We do not guarantee an arrival date.

U.S. commercial postal shipments can require prepaid import duties and designated acceptance procedures. Applicable duties and handling charges must be resolved and disclosed before dispatch. Do not assume the usual customer-paid-on-arrival process applies everywhere.
