•   Shipping Fees: Fixed USD rates depend on your destination and total physical quantity. Paper-only orders receive 50% shipping; mixed orders receive a proportional paper discount. One combined shipping charge is shown before payment. Special destinations or packages may require a confirmed quote. For international orders, shipping fees vary depending on the destination. Customers are responsible for any applicable import taxes or duties.
•   Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, while bulk orders take 6-9 business days.
•   Delivery Time: Transit estimates depend on the selected carrier, destination, service availability and customs. Personalized production time is separate from transit time. Confirm your delivery estimate with the shipping quote. For rush orders, please contact us at customersupport@urban-craft.shop. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier; please reach out to them directly for any shipping-related issues.
•   Tracking Information: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

Custom Orders

•   Digital Proofs: Digital proofs are provided for all custom orders. Production begins only after customer approval.

Order Modifications

•   Changes: You may request changes to your order within 6 hours of placing it. Please contact us immediately to make modifications.

Delivery Locations

•   Home Delivery & Pickup Options: Delivery options and fees are shown at checkout. For Okinawa office pickup, choose one of the four participating Yamato offices at checkout and review your shipping fee before payment. See Shipping & Okinawa Pickup for verified offices and instructions. A pickup-ready notice is sent only after carrier status or staff confirmation supports collection.

Payment Terms

•   Deposits & Payments: A 40% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order. The remaining balance is payable upon delivery, either by cash or online payment. We also offer a cash-on-delivery (COD) option.
